Thirty-five years ago I graduated from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa  with a bachelor of special studies degree, representing my love for learning.

Two hundred thirty three years ago George Washington was crossing the Delaware, hopefully on his way home to Mount Vernon.

Today, I am remembering 'my story' to see where our stories cross, intersect and integrate in the on going revolution of co-creating a more perfect union.

My college studies centered around biology, chemistry and psychology with an ultimate goal of experiencing the ultimate health of oneself and sharing that with family, community, state and nation. I spent a year of post graduate sudy contemplating which path to journey along to best serve my purpose. After a year of gradutat school at FMC I
decided to 'be an artist' and so set out for Europe to begin my life long adventure and career.

I have been so blessed. With the love of caring parents and a loving caring sister, I was well nourished from birth. Being well grounded in love lead me into the heart of questions and answers which formed my path of experiencing and knowing oneself. Step by step my journey into the unknown has unfolded into this present moment.

During the first week of May, Craig Wilson presented his fourth "chalk the walk" community creative event to main street Mount Vernon, Iowa. This year my square, my asphalt canvas was next to Mary Campbell whose chalk masterpeice of President Barack Obama appeared brightly from the old black Lincoln Highway.
During the two day event, Barack starred at me as I worked and I listened to his voice echoing within the three different times I had met him the previous year. During his first run for the Presidency of the United State of America and my first time registering to vote, my first time stepping up to participate in the process of politics.

I have been having a blast! From taking Barack Obama's words to heart early on during his primary journey, of full, totall and complete ompowerment. What would ompowerment meant for me. I created a website BobForObama.com to share my vision and perspectives on the race to the White House. I met Barack for the first time at the Cornell College basketball gymnasiun where I gave him the keys the my white house in Mount Vernon and the white house I grew up within ...in Marion, Iowa ...connected via a key chain made by my son Makiah while in kindergarten. I traveled to Des Moines to partake in Obama fellow training lead by Jackie Norris. I wrote a book entitled "Sex, Obeism and Politics" explaining my perspective on the Presidential Campaign. During a stop in Cedar Rapids, Iowa after giving a speech at Coe College Eby Fieldhouse, Makiah got the opportunity to play basketball with Barack one on one. The special occasion was documented with Makiah's treasured birthday gift basketball signed by Barack Obama.... "Dream Big Dreams"  After his winning of the democratic party nomination and the county's choice of President of the United States, Makiah and I had tickets to witness the inauguration in Washington D.C. that cold winter day in February. I decided the trip and activities would be too much for Makiah to handle and his desire was to play basketball with Barack and I knew shooting some baskets at The White House basketball court would be impossible at that time.

Barack Obama's birthday is August 4th. My mother's birhday is August 4th, mom will by eighty-nine years old this August. This will be Barack's first birhday in The White House. While listening to Mary Campbell's portriat of Barack...my path crossed with George Washington, Michelle Obama, Barack Obama, the Lincoln Highway, the heart of reality, Mount Vernon, the creative process, the revolution forever unfolding in forming a more perfect union.

I asked Mary Campbell, Dawn Wagner, Craig Wilson and Joe Jamieson if they would consider taking "Chalk the Walk" to The White House. "YES!" was the unquavoring answer.

So, here WE are. How to get from here to there. How do WE "Chalk The White House" in giving President Barack Obama the best birthday present ever, our creative expression...our celebration of joy in giving to our President and nation our freedom of expression, our ompowerment in participating in the unfolding American Revolution of forming a more perfect union as well as the personal revolution of integrating all aspects of the individual unique miraculous creative geniuses that we were born as ...with all aspects of the paradise we occupy.

How can small town America...Mount Vernon, Iowa take our voice, our message, our challenges, our dreams, our creative uniqueness to The White House as part of the celebration of life and the unfolding creative process of forming a more perfect union.

This is your invitation to "Chalk The White House" ....your invitiation to participate in expressing your individual unique miraculos creative genius and sharing, networking and connecting with other family, community, state and national members in forming the unfolding revolution forming a more perfect union.

p.s. My "Dream Big Dreams" is that every citizen of Mount Vernon Iowa come together at 'The O Table' of the Mount Vernon Design Center to co-create and co-design "Start Your Perfect Business" and take that game to the heart of realtiy and the heart of our country.
